Are your products really handmade?
Yes, 100%. Every bouquet, keychain and bag is crocheted by hand by Pihu and our small team in Silchar, Assam. That’s why no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
How long will my order take?
Most pieces are made to order. Making usually takes 7–15 days (bags, sweaters and large orders can take longer), then delivery takes 3–10 business days anywhere in India. You’ll get tracking details by email/SMS as soon as it ships.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship to almost every pincode in India through Shiprocket (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post and more). We don’t ship internationally yet.
Can I get a custom bouquet or character made?
Absolutely! Tell us your idea, colours, budget and date on the Custom Order page (you can attach reference photos) and we’ll reply with a quote, usually within a day.
Will the crochet flowers fade or wilt?
Never. Crochet flowers last forever. Keep them away from water and direct sunlight, and dust gently with a dry cloth to keep them fresh.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every piece is handmade specially for you, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
Can you add a gift message?
Yes! Add a gift message in your cart and we’ll include a handwritten-style note. Every order is gift-packed with love.
