Order Processing Time

All items sold by Crochet By Pihu are handcrafted and made individually by hand. Because of the handmade nature of our products, orders require preparation time before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 7–45 business days depending on the product, customization requirements, and order volume.

Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only ship orders within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through courier partners integrated via Shiprocket. Shipping carriers may include services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, or other courier providers depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Delays

Crochet By Pihu is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to recover or redirect the shipment.
