All products sold by Crochet By Pihu are individually handcrafted. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Return / No Refund Policy
Because every item is handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or product selection
- Minor variations inherent to handmade items
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Gift purchases
Order Cancellation & RTO Policy
If a customer cancels an order using OTP confirmation at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the order, resulting in a Return to Origin (RTO):
- The order will not be eligible for any refund.
- If the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped, a ₹400 RTO charge must be paid in advance.
- The order will only be re-dispatched after the RTO charges are cleared.
Order Fulfillment Policy
All items are handmade and may require extended preparation time before dispatch.
Refunds are only considered if an order has not been dispatched within 90 days from the date the order was placed.
Refund requests made before the 90-day period will not be accepted.
If your order has not been dispatched after 90 days, you may contact us with your order details to request a refund or resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
