All items sold by Crochet By Pihu are handcrafted. Because each product is made by hand, small variations in color, size, texture or appearance may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.
By purchasing handmade products, you acknowledge and accept that such variations are inherent and form part of the product’s character, and do not constitute defects or grounds for dispute.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of products may vary depending on your screen settings or device.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Crochet By Pihu reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Orders are only confirmed after payment has been successfully processed.
Because our items are handcrafted, order preparation and fulfillment may require extended time before dispatch.
Once an order is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be treated as RTO and subject to applicable charges.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of return policies, repeated order refusals, or misuse of our services.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or import charges unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, Crochet By Pihu is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay, or damage in transit, except where required by applicable law.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds are only considered if an order has not been dispatched within 90 days from the date the order was placed.
Refund requests made before the 90-day period will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return to Origin (RTO) and Refused Deliveries
If a customer cancels an order using OTP confirmation at the time of delivery, refuses to accept the order, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned to origin (RTO):
- The order will not be eligible for any refund.
- If the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped, a ₹400 RTO charge must be paid in advance.
- Re-dispatch will only be processed after the RTO charges are cleared.
Crochet By Pihu reserves the right to deny re-dispatch in cases of repeated refusal or abuse of the ordering system.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including text, images, graphics, product photos, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Crochet By Pihu unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
